"This exhibition was assembled primarily from the personal collection of Philip Aarons and Shelley Fox Aarons." Consists of two volumes, issued in printed cardboard slipcase. The first volume is "a reprint of the original, but with mistakes corrected, and [a] preface added..." The second volume "includes three types of content: an appendix to the first volume, listing some additional titles from the period ending in 2008...; a section of new titles that have appeared since publication of the first edition; and a section of short essays by individuals involved in queer zines in various ways, from artists and publishers to a librarian at MoMA." |
