Almost half of the 30,000 children in foster care in Canada are Aboriginal. It's a modern-day crisis that is a direct legacy of Canada's residential school system. The long-awaited report from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is calling on governments in Canada to change the way they deliver child welfare for Aboriginal people. CBC News reporter Cameron Macintosh speaks with individuals living with the scars of the foster care system and those trying to change it.
