Myre, Nadia, (film director.). Baulu, Kat, (film producer.). Din, Ravida, (film producer.). National Film Board of Canada (Montreal), (film producer.).

Summary: As I Am is an experimental short documentary that challenges stereotypes about Indigenous people in the workplace. The film features portraits of Indigenous people on the job - in occupations ranging from snowplow operator to police officer, to art curator to manager - and is set to a powerful poem by Mohawk writer Janet Marie Rogers. It urges viewers to go beyond their preconceived notions. The result is a celebration Indigenous pride in work and culture, and a call to respect the unique contributions of each individual. This film is part of the Work For All series, produced by the National Film Board of Canada, with the participation of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.
