"This publication is an exhibition catalogue for the exhibition "Curiouser & Curiouser" which was held at the Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, from February 7 - May 11, 2014. The exhibition was curated by Lisa Daniels. Lisa Daniels also contributed the text in the publication. The exhibition was meant to focus on the work of one artist, Norman Barney, in relation to other artists from across the country. The exhibition included nine artists in total: Norman Barney; Jorden and David Doody; Dagmara Genda; Karine Giboulo; Catherine Heard; James Kirkpatrick; Ron Noganosh; and Chris Stones. The exhibition offered visitors a journey into the wonderfully bizarre world of the imagination. Most of the work was sculpture and assemblage art, often transforming found and recycled objects to examine some of societies most complex social issues. The publication is designed by Lisa Kiss.
